“What’s Odyssey Podcast: The Destruction of Truth” Season 2 Teaser!
I’m proud to be the one to deliver to you a fully produced clip from episode 1 of What’s Odyssey Season 2. This season, originally intended to run during the summer, has undergone excellent work that has made for an above-and-beyond show, with more prominent guests, musical talent, and improved sound design all happening during the delay. What’s New in Odyssey?
The Perkins Family, Put to the Test
This month’s Club episode follows up on the Perkins family and their estranged relative. It has received mixed reviews in the Odyssey fandom, although this website recommends it. It is an excellent theme that Odyssey hasn’t visited in a very long time, certainly not in this way.
Adventures for Odyssey Fans Seeks Input from Odyssey Fans
We mentioned in the last newsletter that Adventures in Odyssey Fans was scheduled to return in August. They did, opening with an invitation for input and suggestions. You can see the post and leave comments here. It is also important to note that their URL is now adventuresforodysseyfans.wordpress.com. This change will be reflected across our website and links as thoroughly as possible.

The winner of the AIO Writer’s Block One Grand Anniversary Contest is Mycah Wolla! We’re so thankful to all of you who participated in this event. You made this entire summer a success, demonstrated by our recap here:
Summer of Odyssey Recap
Our Summer of Odyssey Promotion was introduced with three overarching goals for AWB and AIO fandom expansion. They were the release of our new website and store, the hard launch of the What’s Odyssey Podcast, and giveaway promotions leading to social media engagement.
Website/Store Launch
Our website relaunch was a success, with 1.2k views on our new site thus far, making the entire summer an overall success, even before counting views on our old website. Our store launch was also a success, gaining a few orders upon release. We plan on collaborating on our “I’d Rather Be Listening to Odyssey” brand and having that be our fall product line, joining our popular “Whit for President” series. The store was also the center of our first Summer of Odyssey Giveaway.
Giveaways
This organization has never run giveaways, impeded by numerous factors. Therefore, a goal not only for this summer but for 2025 was to run a giveaway contest. This year, we ran two. The first, as mentioned earlier, was themed on the release of the AIO Writer’s Block store. The second giveaway, run a few weeks later, included official Adventures in Odyssey merch. Both giveaways boosted our social media followings, with the What’s Odyssey Podcast almost at 300 followers and the main AWB page seeing dozens of additional followers this summer. We were already on our way to being one of the biggest AIO fan pages, and this helped secure it. Thank you all for participating once again!
What’s Odyssey Podcast Release
A full first episode of the second season of the What’s Odyssey Podcast was scheduled for release on June 13th, 2025. In order for it to be the best show it could be, and to allow for some amazing guests to hop on the show on both the interview and production side, we delayed the release once again. As mentioned earlier, our last act of the Summer of Odyssey is to put out a teaser for what will be an impactful and highly-produced series. No release date will be attached yet, but subscribe and follow on Instagram to stay updated!
