AIO Writer’s Block Artificial Intelligence Policy

The following is the policy for all Writer’s Block Media properties.

All subsidiaries and brands connected to AIO Writer’s Block (AWB) agree to uphold the following standard. AWB endorses the use of artificial intelligence in limited cases. AI aids research, workflow, and efficiency in all fields, including content creation. AIO Writer’s Block is also committed to the creation of quality, dynamic, and interesting content across all of its media enterprises. As such, AWB will never use artificially generated content solely for the purpose of content generation and pledges to only use AI within the boundaries of the strict limitations listed below.

1. AWB Content Policy

a. Use of Written Generated Content

AWB pledges to never generate articles, paragraphs, newsletters, scripts, or any other form of written content. Written content on social media, such as X and Instagram, will never be generated by artificial intelligence. AIO Writer’s Block may occasionally use artificial intelligence technologies to aid in the formatting of various technical writing, e.g., the Summer of Odyssey Giveaway Guidelines. AWB and its writers and editors may occasionally use syntax correction tools to refine or aid in the editing of the aforementioned content. This includes, namely, Grammarly, Microsoft 365, and native tools found on platforms such as iOS, macOS, and Windows.

b. Use of Image Generation

AIO Writer’s Block will never generate full images using GAI technology. Occasionally, generative artificial intelligence may be used in small editorial contexts. This includes edits traditionally attributed to tools such as Adobe Photoshop, e.g., the adjustment of Jay’s mouth in a December 2025 SONN post. We believe small changes like these are an appropriate use of artificial intelligence that has been around and aided creatives for decades.

c. Content Inspiration

We believe in God-given creative power and trust in the ability of each of our entities to self-generate content ideas. However, we recognize the occasional need for inspiration and recognize the utility of artificial intelligence in this capacity. Therefore, AIO Writer’s Block discourages, but does not prohibit, the use of artificial intelligence to gain inspiration for content and content models.

2. What’s Odyssey Podcast Content Policy

a. Content on the What’s Odyssey Podcast or any of its spinoffs will never be generated by artificial intelligence. Writers and editors may use artificial intelligence for the purpose of general research on topics and the location of sources and links related to topics researched. The What’s Odyssey Podcast takes no responsibility for the use of generative artificial intelligence by its platform partners. It may also, at times, incorporate content created by GAI for a reactive purpose. The use of AI-generated music is prohibited, and any use of such material will be unintentional.

3. External Content

a. While AWB is committed to the restriction of the use of generative artificial intelligence towards content creation across its enterprises, it bears no responsibility for the use of AI by WordPress, Hostinger, Spotify or any website plugins. AWB may knowingly use plugins and tools operational through AI for the enhancement of its platforms.

b. As mentioned in section 2, The What’s Odyssey Podcast and other AWB properties may, at times, outsource creative content such as music and other external media. Media such as this may also be pulled from the Creative Commons. The unintentional inclusion of AI-generated content in this regard is unintentional and is not penalized under these guidelines.

AIO Writer’s Block is upheld by hope in a future maintained by integrity and human imagination. By abiding by these standards, the AWB website and its affiliates contribute to this future not just for content found on this website, but by all content produced by Writer’s Block Media and the field of content creation. By failing to abide by these standards, AWB members risk their removal from the community.
