Earlier last week, Adventures in Odyssey Album 25 celebrated thirty years on the air. There was a surprising bit of fanfare, including an amazing poster designed by artist and AIO fan Rebecca and commissioned by Your Fellow Odyssians (the show, that is). The podcast is also running a giveaway of the CD album at the time of publishing.
It is a bit of a huge deal, and an anniversary that may make one feel very old (or like a baby, in the case of some of us. In my case, I only heard the trailer for this album by happenstance 5 years ago in 2020. But even that filled me with a thrill that you want to relive again and again.
We’ll be celebrating this special moment in our own way: a selection of some of the best quotes from this epic album. Who knows, maybe we’ll make one into a t-shirt. This is such a masterful end to such a complex saga, and remains one of my favorite scenes of the entire show. The delivery and music are also on point.
